Securing your account

Change your password and turn on two-step sign-in.

Your account will hold connections to your ad accounts and your billing details, so it is worth a few minutes to lock it down.

All of the options below are on your Profile page, which you can open from the sidebar after signing in.

Change your password

Enter a new password in the Update your Password section of your Profile page and save. Use one you do not use anywhere else.

Turn on two-step sign-in

Two-step sign-in (multi-factor authentication) asks for a code from an authenticator app each time you sign in, so a stolen password is not enough to get into your account.

  1. Install an authenticator app on your phone if you do not have one.
  2. On your Profile page, find the Multi-Factor Authentication section and choose Setup a new Factor.
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
  4. Enter the six-digit code the app shows to confirm.

From then on you will be asked for a code after entering your password.

Update your name and picture

You can change your display name and profile picture on the same page.
